Saily eSIM FAQ

Saily offers mobile data plans for travel that work through an eSIM on a compatible device. Review the destinations and conditions of your chosen plan.

Check compatibility, buy a plan, and install the eSIM while online. At your destination, select it for mobile data and enable roaming for that line as instructed.

Open the Saily app, tap Credits in the bottom menu, and find the code redemption option. Availability depends on your app and eligibility; standard referral codes may instead apply at first-purchase checkout.

You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked model. Regional variants can differ, so check your exact device against the official compatibility list.

Selected Galaxy, Pixel, and other devices support eSIM. Verify the exact model, sales region, and lock status rather than relying on a series name.

Installation requires an internet connection. Mobile data can work, but a stable Wi-Fi connection before departure is a sensible choice.

Check the eSIM is enabled, selected for data, and has roaming on. Check destination coverage and remaining data, then contact support if needed.

Saily offers Japan plans. Check the current plan page for validity, data allowances, and coverage details; signal can vary by location.

The program has eligibility rules, including new-user and first-purchase requirements. Code acceptance and your actual offer are confirmed at checkout.
